Feel at peace in your body again.
There was a time when you didn't think so much about your body.
You ate meals without wondering how they were going to make you feel later. You got dressed without immediately noticing the way your clothes grip parts of your body that are inflamed. You made plans without considering whether your bloating, digestive issues, fatigue, or discomfort might get in the way.
Your body was just your body, not something you constantly had to manage.
But somewhere along the way, things changed. Maybe it started slowly: A little more bloating. Digestive discomfort that wouldn't seem to go away. Aches and pains. Feeling uncomfortable in your clothes. Waking up already aware of what felt off.
And eventually, you started paying attention to everything.
What you eat.
When you eat.
How much you eat.
How your body feels afterwards.
Whether your stomach feels different today than it did yesterday.
You've googled symptoms. Tried eliminating foods. Bought supplements. Changed your routines. Tried eating more mindfully. You've read books, listened to podcasts, and searched for answers.
Maybe some things have helped temporarily.
But nothing has really helped you feel at ease in your body again.
And now, you feel exhausted by how much space this all takes up.
After all, it's not just the physical discomfort. It's the constant awareness you now feel like you need to have. The second-guessing. The frustration of feeling like you're doing everything "right" and still not feeling better.
The fear that your body is becoming something you can't trust.
On tougher days, you might feel disconnected from it, or angry at it.
Because you just want to feel normal again.
You want to eat a meal without analysing what might happen afterwards.
You want to make plans without wondering whether you'll feel uncomfortable.
You want to stop searching for the next thing that might finally fix you.
You want to feel like you're on the same team as your body again.
You want to feel at peace.
This is where my 1:1 program comes in.
This is where you get your sense of ease back.
Where you...
-
Understand the deeper patterns influencing your body's flares.
-
Begin noticing how stress, emotions, beliefs, habits, and your nervous system are shaping your physical experience.
-
Move out of the constant cycle of monitoring, fixing, and fighting your body.
-
Develop a greater sense of safety and trust within yourself.
-
Learn how to listen to your body without becoming consumed by it.
-
Feel more present in your life, rather than constantly preoccupied with how you feel physically.
When you've "tried everything," it's often true that, for you, feeling better in your body isn't about finding that one thing to fix. It's about understanding the root of your stress, helping yourself unpick that, and restoring safety to your body.
How the 1:1 program works
A Private Session Every Week
Each week, we meet for a 60-minute private session.
Together, we explore what's happening beneath the surface of your physical experience.
We look at the patterns you've developed, the stress you've been carrying, the beliefs you hold (not just about your body, but also about your body), and the ways your nervous system may be influencing how you move through the world.
The goal isn't to simply manage symptoms.
It's to understand you more deeply—and create meaningful changes in the way you relate to yourself and your body.
Different Ways of Working, Depending on What You Need
Our sessions may include guided conversation, body-based practices, Reiki, mindset exercises, and practices to help you respond differently to stress in your everyday life.
This integrative approach allows us to work with the different parts of your experience: your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, nervous system, and physical sensations.
Personalized Tools to Use Between Sessions
Between sessions, you'll receive tools and practices tailored specifically to you.
This might include guided meditations, somatic practices, reflection exercises, or simple practices to help you calm—and, when necessary, reconnect with your body in your everyday life.
Everything is designed around you, your patterns, and what you're moving through.
A Little About Me & the Genesis of This Work
Hi! Maybe this should have gone earlier on this page, but in any case I'm Mackenzie :)
I know what it's like to feel betrayed by your body, and as a result to disconnect from it. I also know what it's like to spend an enormous amount of time trying to figure out what the heck is wrong.
For years, I experienced excruciating chronic bloating. I tried changing what I ate. I searched for answers. I became increasingly aware of my digestive system and increasingly frustrated by it.
As a result, I felt stuck in fight-or-flight.
Eventually, I realized everything was interconnected. The pressure I put on myself. The emotions I didn't fully process. The constant striving. The difficulty slowing down.
My body was responding to my thoughts, beliefs, and lifestyle.
Changing the ways I moved through the world became an essential part of not only healing my body, but finding my way back to myself.
Since then, I've trained under leaders in somatic healing, energy healing, and psychotherapy.
Today, I bring these perspectives together in my work with women who are tired of feeling like they're constantly fighting their bodies.
My work is about helping you understand the relationship between your inner world and your physical experience, reconnect with your body, and create a greater sense of peace within yourself.
You deserve to spend your life doing more than constantly striving to feel better. You deserve to live fully.

"Being able to work with Mackenzie was very profound for me. It was one of the most productive, and, at the same time, one of the most grounded experiences that I have had as an adult. I showed myself that the goals I had written down, but had been too afraid to execute on, were very much within my reach; that all I needed was to set myself a timeline and hold myself accountable for the things that I know in my heart I really want to do. Thank you, Mackenzie, for the beautiful experience."

"I’ve had such beautiful experiences working with Mackenzie. She embodies a sacred, gentle, present energy, and has this ability to really witness you, and facilitate creative breakthroughs... Her approach is necessary, especially for people who need calm, who need space away from the hustle of the world. She brings this feeling to the session that you can reach the things you’re dreaming of, while moving more into the wholeness and beauty of your own particular soul, without having to get bogged down, or caught up in the grind, or the unnecessary noise from the outside, which is so present around us—even in the healing space sometimes. I really recommend working with Mackenzie. It’s truly a divine experience that will have you opening up to portals of spirituality, deeper consciousness, and awareness of your own self. I’ve gotten so many insights into my own being and into the uniqueness of who I am, which has allowed me to release some of the blockages that I had in the way of taking my next best steps—and helped me move through the world in a more present, gracious, beautiful way."

FAQs About My 1:1 Program
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are intuitive and co-created. We may start with a grounding practice, explore something that’s feeling alive for you, use somatic techniques to clear pent-up energy, or reflect/goal-set through intentional dialogue.
Is this therapy?
While I am a therapist-in-training, this is not therapy. This coaching supports emotional growth, personal and professional development, often alongside therapy or other healing modalities.
What if I’m highly sensitive or introverted?
Beautiful. This work is designed for you. We move at your pace, with care and gentleness.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re feeling called, curious, or even a bit scared—but also excited—that’s a sign.
What is the financial commitment?
