Too, you need to learn how to navigate fear, tend to old wounds that are bound to surface as you push up against your growth edges, deeply rest, and nourish your creativity.

Very often, even those that are the most skilled at reading others struggle to see themselves clearly. This is by design. The Universe doesn't want any of us to feel like we're meant to go at life alone. We are social creatures, and we're meant to support one another.
Learning to accept help with true grace and humility is typically the first step to inviting in greater abundance to our lives—not only on a financial level, but in terms of all aspects of our lives.

What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are intuitive and co-created. We may start with a grounding practice, explore something that’s feeling alive for you, use somatic techniques to clear pent-up energy, or reflect/goal-set through intentional dialogue.
Is this therapy?
While I am a therapist-in-training, this is not therapy. This coaching supports emotional growth and personal (and, at times, professional) development, often alongside therapy or other healing modalities.
What if I’m highly sensitive or introverted?
Beautiful. This work is designed for you. We move at your pace, with care and gentleness.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re feeling called, curious, or even a bit scared—but also excited—that’s a sign.
